Penny Calardo PA to Pat McGirl

Penny has worked alongside Pat as his PA for over six years. Her duties include dictation and preparation of documents, and responding to all Practice correspondence. She keeps accounts for the office, recording all monies paid in and out, and also diarises Pat's appointments. Another crucial role that Penny performs is satisfying the outstanding pipeline requirements in order to get life and critical illness protection and pension applications issued.

Penny has been married for 27 years, and has two grown-up daughters. Her interests include foreign holidays and travel, theatre-going and socialising with family and friends.

Louise Morgan Senior Administrator

Louise joined McGirl's Money Management in July 1998. She is responsible for all administration duties in the office, and — in particular — mortgage processing. This involves preparation of client files, chasing up mortgage companies, illustrations, online mortgage applications and ordering all mortgage and office stationary. During her time at McGirl's Money Management, Louise has also successfully completed an NVQ in Business Administration.

Louise's interests include films, cooking and socialising.

Sue Valentine Administrator

Sue joined McGirl's Money Management at the beginning of 2006, as part of the admin team. She has been involved in secretarial/PA/admin and management support for over 20 years, and has over ten years' experience in the financial services industry. Sue asists with the processing of mortgages and investment business.

Sue has two teenage sons, and her interests include entertaining, theatre and retail therapy.

Stacie Betts Administrator

Stacie joined McGirl's Money Management in February 2006, as part of the admin team. Her jobs include taking calls for our advisors, sorting and organsing post, maintaining our client database and other general day-to-day admin duties.

Stacie has a very strong passion for horses, having owned her own horse for a number of years. She's a very competitive horsewoman, and enjoys going to all local show jumping and cross-country events. Stacie's other hobbies include shopping with her girly mates, trying to keep fit and eating good food.
